I started in IT in 2008 fixing broken laptops on a help desk. Since then I've been a technician, a consultant, an IT administrator, and — for nearly eight years — the Chief Information Technology Officer of a Fargo-based community bank, where I was responsible for everything from Active Directory and Microsoft 365 to firewalls, virtualization, and vendor management.
Today I'm the Information Systems Manager at Bravera Bank, and I founded Erdella LLC to bring that same operator-level judgment to businesses that don't have a CIO of their own. Every recommendation I give is one I'd make (or have already made) in a production environment I'm accountable for.
I don't resell software. I don't take vendor kickbacks. I write plain-English reports your leadership team can actually read, and I only take on engagements where I'm confident I can deliver real value.
